Fresh ginger from Madura Farm lends a bright, citrusy element to this gingery tomato bruschetta, and who else can’t wait to welcome Chris from Varietal Bread back to the market?! His flavorful sourdough is the perfect base for a zesty bruschetta, or you can sizzle it in curry powder-infused oil to elevate your next tomato sandwich.
